Integrations

Connect Enterprise Health to the systems you already run.

Enterprise Health interfaces with HRIS, laboratories, medical devices, immunization registries, email and external partners — ending double data entry and unifying fragmented clinic operations over HL7, FHIR and standards-based APIs.

Why it matters

Less manual work. One record you can trust.

Every connection feeds the same certified system of record — so data arrives once, in the right place, with an audit trail behind it.

Less manual work

End double data entry

Demographics, lab results and device output flow in automatically, so staff stop rekeying the same data between systems.

One source of truth

One certified record

Every interface writes to the same ONC-ACB certified chart — clinical, compliance and reporting teams work from the same record.

Built for enterprise

Secure by design

Connections use authenticated, encrypted, standards-based channels with audit trails — ready for multi-site and global deployments.

Fewer gaps

Fewer errors & misses

Automated matching files each result to the right person and protocol, cutting transcription mistakes and missed follow-ups.

How data flows

Connected systems in, one certified record out.

Source systems write into Enterprise Health, and clean, governed data flows back out to the teams and reports that depend on it.

The catalog

Browse integrations by category.

Six families of connections cover the data that occupational and employee-health programs move every day. The systems shown are a selection from Enterprise Health's documented interface catalog — anything that speaks HL7, FHIR or a REST API can typically be connected.

HRIS & identity

Bidirectional HR feeds keep employee demographics, org structure and eligibility current via HL7 ADT — with SAML / ADFS single sign-on.

  • Workday
  • ADP
  • UKG / UltiPro
  • Oracle PeopleSoft
  • SAP
  • Infor Lawson
  • Kronos
  • SAML / ADFS SSO

Laboratories & diagnostics

Electronic lab orders and results, plus point-of-care analyzers, matched and auto-filed to the right chart.

  • HL7 lab orders & results (ELR)
  • Abaxis Piccolo Xpress
  • Cholestech LDX
  • Siemens Clinitek Status
  • Beckman Coulter / Cell-Dyn
  • Hospital & reference lab feeds

Medical devices

Occupational-health screening devices push results straight into the encounter — no manual transcription.

  • Audiometers (Amplivox, Maico, Tremetrics)
  • Spirometers (NDD EasyOne, Welch Allyn)
  • Vision (Titmus, Depisteo)
  • Respirator fit (TSI PortaCount, OHD Quantifit)
  • EKG (Welch Allyn CardioPerfect)
  • Vital signs (Welch Allyn Spot)

Immunization registries

Bidirectional reporting to state immunization registries over HL7 VXU for mass-vaccination and compliance.

  • Indiana CHIRP
  • California CAIR
  • Florida SHOTS
  • Colorado CIIS
  • Connecticut CTWiZ
  • Alabama ImmPrint
  • HL7 VXU (HTTPS / MLLP)

Clinical interoperability

Exchange with the EHRs your clinicians already use.

Enterprise Health is itself an ONC-ACB certified EHR. It exchanges results, orders and clinical documents bidirectionally with hospital and health-system EHRs — Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, athenahealth and more — and connects to statewide health information exchanges using open standards.

FAQ

Integration questions, answered.

How long does it take to set up an integration?

It depends on the system and interface type. Standard HRIS, lab and registry interfaces follow established patterns, while custom connections are scoped during onboarding. Our implementation team sizes each interface as part of your deployment plan.

How is integration data secured?

Connections use authenticated, encrypted, standards-based channels — HL7 over secure transport, FHIR over TLS, SFTP and SSO / SAML for access. Every exchange is logged so you keep a complete audit trail.

What if the system we use isn't listed?

The catalog shows a representative selection, not everything. If a system supports HL7 v2, FHIR, a REST API or flat-file exchange, it can typically be connected; vendors or devices outside our documented list are assessed for compatibility during scoping. Tell us about your stack and we'll map an approach.

Does Enterprise Health support HL7 and FHIR?

Yes. Enterprise Health is built on standards-based interoperability — HL7 v2.x interfaces, C-CDA document exchange, and a FHIR R4 API tested to US Core 7.0.0 / USCDI v4 with SMART App Launch and Bulk Data, validated against the ONC Inferno (g)(10) standardized API criteria.

Can we sync employees from our HRIS automatically?

Yes. Employee demographics and org structure can sync from your HRIS on a schedule, with SSO / SAML for access — so rosters stay current without manual entry.

Who builds and maintains the interfaces?

Enterprise Health's implementation and interoperability teams configure, test and monitor your interfaces as part of deployment and ongoing support.
