this is Eleanor the better Corp CFO involved in approving expansion of the company's health operations to add primary care to existing occupational health and compliance services while Eleanor has never had an occasion to visit the on-site clinic of better corp she has had a sore throat for a few days and it's become worse since she arrived at work this morning once in her office Eleanor realizes she needs to see a doctor and calls to find out if the clinic can see her she accepts an opening in 30 minutes giving her enough time to have her throat checked and finalize financials before lunch the clinic adds Eleanor to their walk-in schedule and sends a confirmation email that blocks the appointment as private on her Outlook calendar Eleanor walks to the clinic and swipes her badge at the check-in kiosk in the lobby the nurse Nicole Buster's Eleanor into an exam room where a primary care encounter has already been opened Nicole gathers some additional medical history and enters it into Eleanor's electronic chart she also checks Eleanor's vitals and uploads them directly to the enterprise health solution saving time for both of them when dr. Patel joins them in the exam room he conducts a physical and electronically orders an in-house rapid strep test the strep test is positive so dr. health
