[Music] when there's a workplace injury all of the incident information is captured in the visit encounter at the top of the encounter the user records the date of injury whether it's work-related OSHA recordable and the case number all of the details are captured within the encounter with in the case any field that has a red asterisk indicates

that it is a required field for OSHA enterprise health links out to the ocean 301 form and we'll overlay data from the case on to the form this includes patient demographics and details regarding the incident such as the case number and the date of injury or illness the incident summary can be found at the bottom of the

visit encounter this summarizes information from above and allows the user to review and make changes customers can also interface their workers comp carrier to send the claim data and receive the determination back electronically this automatically updates all of these fields and inserts the claim number and adjuster information enterprise health also includes state specific questions here are some

examples of California questions that are required for OSHA the system links out to state specific forms for the doctor's first report employers first report and any other state forms that are required all of these forms are bar coded so they can be scanned or faxed back into the system enterprise health tracks anytime forms are generated in the

chart it identifies who printed the form and the date and time it was printed this form overlays information regarding patient demographics employer demographics and details about the incident there's also a forms library where state specific forms can be loaded this section shows an example of California specific forms the DWC one workers compensation form was selected and the

system overlays the patient information and incident details onto the form there are several incident in OSHA reports available in Enterprise Health the incident report has several different fields that the user can filter by once information is entered the results will appear below all of the case information with the filters is displayed all of the reports an enterprise

health export to CSV and will open in Excel which allows for additional filtering and sorting the OSHA 300 log also has several filtered fields available once criteria is entered the information will appear below the OSHA 300 a form has the same filter fields available when searched a summary of the 300 a shows below the Sharps log allows

a date range for the report to be entered the user can also filter by patient condition type of device or location this will display any cases that meet the criteria with the laceration or puncture information
