as graphical reports on the side menu tab our check-in reports which keep real-time statistics of patients that are in the waiting room and patients that are in the clinic this tracks how long they have been waiting and if they have been waiting for more than 15 minutes it turns red at the bottom or real-time statistics of the
average time spent in the waiting room and the average time spent from check-in to check out this report may also be filtered by location or provider the report side menu tab has many different categories of reports clicking on each tab will show a listing of standard reports and enterprise health to run the report enter data in the
filter and results will appear for health surveillance enterprise health has a do list status report this allows a user to put a due date range which brings back results of everyone that is due within that timeframe this displays what panel they are due for the individual testing the due date and the current status all reports export to
CSV and will open in Excel where additional filtering and sorting is possible this is an example of a report that has several reports all in the same screen the top section shows detailed information about employee panel status down below it gives summaries of employee panels by month breaking it down between required and voluntary and also the month
and the status of each panel all reports can also be pulled into a pivot table this brings up all of the information for the report which can be pulled over into this column as information is moved it builds the report off to the side if the order of the information is changed it changes how the report appears
pulling information up to the top will show those results across the top of the report there are also options for graphical reports different reports include medication allergies and prescriptions for safety reports Enterprise Health has the OSHA 300 log 300 a and sharps log to see the results for the OSHA 300 report the user puts in a date
range and results will show at the bottom the same process is used for the 308 report any contaminated sharp cases would pull in all of the details for the Sharps log utilization reports can be found under the utilization tab and reports may be found under the visit tab one of the most common reports used is the audiogram
report this brings back detailed information about audiogram data scrolling to the right shows more results this report is for audio metric testing and shows if the patient had an STS this is a detailed injections report which will show all injection information as well as the next due date Enterprise Health also has reports that show injections that are
due within 30 days or those that are past due there are also standard reports for case management and also industrial hygiene within the patient's visit Enterprise Health also links out to reports that pull in data from the incident case the case section links out to the ocean 301 form and it overlays data from the case on to
the form the forms library module allows Enterprise Health to pull and state specific forms and overlay data onto those forms reports such as the doctors first report and the employers first report can pull an information from the patient record as well as from the case in the employee portal enterprise health links out to a work status report
which the employee can view the system also links out to the same reports on the supervisor portal when a supervisor is logged in he or she can view work status information for all of their employees and see a summary of that information it shows if the employee has any restrictions or accommodations as well as their surveillance status
if they're fit not fit fit with restrictions and when they're next due date is additional reports can be run by a campaign this will group together a list of employees and summarize the total number of employees in the campaign recommended respirators for the campaign and provide a count of each type of respirator it will also list the
number of patients do exams completed exams do and tasks due for each panel respirator information may be found under the respirator information tab restricted access may be granted to any report in the system if there are users that need access to only select reports they can be granted a restricted log-in with access to those this report shows
